This 2021 Cervelo Aspero was hand painted by Chet Manilow and NOTCHAS in Portland OR in the summer of 2025. It is a size 48cm frame and fork combo that comes with seapost and FABRIC/CNCPT seat. It is now up for raffle to support Chirla.org.

CHIRLA’s mission is to achieve a just society, fully inclusive of immigrants.

CHIRLA was founded in 1986 to advance the human and civil rights of immigrants and refugees. CHIRLA became a place for organizations and people who support human rights to work together for policies that advance justice and full inclusion for all immigrants.

Chet and Chas have very different artistic styles, and decided to keep their artwork separate and allow the single color bring the frame together. Choosing alternating panels so each side of the frame would showcase both styles Chet and Chas spent a 3 days in Chet’s Portland studio working on this project. This frame has been clear coated with enamel based clear coat, however patina and wear will occur with use.

This is a size 48cm frame and it will come with a 27.2 Cervelo carbon seatpost and custom Fabric/CNCPT saddle. More info on sizing can be found here.

100% of proceeds minus shipping costs will be donated to CHIRLA.ORG within 72 hours of the raffle's completion and receipt will be uploaded to the page.
